How Spotlight Works

• Purpose: Recognize and promote member businesses, boosting visibility on the Chamber website and across our social channels.
• Selection: Selections are driven by impact and community contribution. We look for members who:
• Demonstrate positive, measurable benefits to the community
• Exemplify ethical, community-minded practices
• Show active engagement with Chamber initiatives and local partnerships.
• Nomination and review:  Members, partners, and staff can nominate businesses. A review committee evaluates nominees based on consistent criteria, including outreach to neighbors, collaboration with others, and evidence of community impact.
• Diversity and representation: We aim to recognize a wide range of industries and voices to reflect the richness of St. Clair County.
• Announcement and spotlight:  Selected members are featured in our Spotlight program, with stories highlighting what they do, why it matters, and how they contribute to a brighter future for our county. Spotlight benfits include a certificate, a photo presentation, a dedicated webpage, and social media posts.
