Chalk the Walk

You’re invited to put your wildest flights of imagination onto the downtown sidewalks of St. Clair!

“Chalk the Walks” will have kids, teens, adults and young-at-hearts filling the sidewalks of Riverview Plaza and the downtown streets with imaginative imagery.

Admission is free. The chalk is free. So come on down and chalk away!

This event takes place in downtown St. Clair, the same time as “Whistles on the Water”, a steam whistle blowing event.

Whistles on the Water

Whistles on the Water recreates the time when steamships were the “Royalty” of the Great Lakes.

Museums and collectors are invited to bring their steam whistles to Whistle on the Water.  All whistles deemed safe are blown.
